Seeking Freelance Generalist to Work in Radio
We are seeking a entry level freelance generalist to work in multiple position areas and levels of responsibility in our cluster of radio stations. All the fun being part of our local radio stations includes being on the air, doing production, programming on-air traffic, answering phones, interviewing music scene celebrities and community officials, attending a few meetings a month, making sales calls to businesses, running the audio board for live sports or remote events and visiting towns and schools throughout the Eagle Ford. Must enjoy/know classic country and Texas country music.

We still put lost dogs on the air, read the obituaries, have a trading post and cover area high school sports. Would you be comfortable being on the radio, doing remotes, making sales calls to businesses and traveling throughout the Eagle Ford? The No Bull Radio Network is a cluster of community related radio stations. Our stations are located in Kenedy, Pearsall, Beeville and Dilley, Texas. 92.1-FM KCAF Kenedy, 1490-AM KIBL Beeville, 1280-AM KMFR Pearsall and 95.3-FM KVWG Dilley.
The right person for this position is extremely organized, pays attention to details, is technically oriented, has computer admin skills and has a clear voice. You will be required to travel from station to station. You may be able to work, some, from home. In order to work from home, you must have high speed internet and quality audio equipment (a good mic) to handle audio recording and editing. We are always open to new ideas and ways to make us better! Must have a flexible schedule. On air experience is not required.
