NO BULL RADIO GIVEAWAY & CONTEST RULES

These General Contest Rules apply to all No Bull Radio contests, giveaways, promotions, and sweepstakes unless specific contest rules state otherwise.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

By entering a contest or submitting an entry form, each participant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of No Bull Radio, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.

1. Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated in specific contest rules, participants must be legal residents of the United States and at least 18 years old.

A parent or legal guardian must sign any required release on behalf of a minor participant. No Bull Radio reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to decline to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor.

Employees, contractors, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of No Bull Radio, its stations, affiliates, promotional sponsors, advertising agencies, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members and household members of such individuals are also ineligible.

“Immediate family” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, grandchildren, and persons related by marriage, adoption, cohabitation, or other household relationship.

2. Winner Limits

A household may win one prize valued at more than $150 from any No Bull Radio station once every 60 days.

Prizes valued at less than $150, including contest qualifications, may be won once per contest or prize every 30 days, unless otherwise stated in the specific contest rules.

No Bull Radio may enforce additional eligibility restrictions for individual contests.

3. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries or participants received or attempting to participate at the time of the contest.

4. Entry and Technical Disclaimer

Participants may use ordinary telephone equipment, online entry forms, text messaging, or other methods specified by No Bull Radio for a particular contest.

No Bull Radio is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, garbled, corrupted, delayed, or undelivered entries, calls, text messages, emails, mail, or other communications. No Bull Radio is also not responsible for technical, mechanical, electronic, computer, hardware, software, telephone, network, internet, or communication malfunctions; busy signals; disconnected calls; service interruptions; website failures; or any other error that may limit a participant’s ability to enter or participate.

For contests involving paper entry forms, entries must be completed as directed. Photocopies or mechanically reproduced entries may be rejected unless specifically permitted.

No Bull Radio is not responsible for injury to a participant’s or any other person’s computer, mobile device, or other equipment resulting from participation in a contest or from downloading contest-related materials.

5. Winner Notification and Prize Acceptance

Winners will be notified using the method specified for the individual contest. If a winner cannot be contacted, is determined to be ineligible, fails to respond within the required time, fails to complete required paperwork, or otherwise does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner, if applicable.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash. No substitutions are permitted except by No Bull Radio, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winners may be required to present valid government-issued identification and complete an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, and any other documents required by No Bull Radio before receiving a prize.

Failure to complete required documents or comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

6. Claiming a Prize

Unless otherwise stated, winners have 30 days from the date of winning to claim their prize. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after 30 days.

If a prize is mailed, No Bull Radio is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, or misdelivered prizes. Please allow four to six weeks from the date of winning for delivery, unless otherwise stated.

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, fees, and expenses associated with accepting or using a prize.

Prize values are based on information available to No Bull Radio at the time of the contest. Winners may be required to provide a valid taxpayer identification number or Social Security number before receiving a prize when required by law.

Any person who wins prizes totaling $600 or more in value during a calendar year may receive an IRS Form 1099 or other required tax documentation.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in a contest and acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner’s consent for No Bull Radio to use the winner’s name, likeness, voice, photograph, hometown, and prize information for promotional, advertising, broadcast, digital, social media, and other lawful purposes without additional compensation or prior notice.

9. General Conditions

Participation in a No Bull Radio contest constitutes agreement to comply with these Official Rules and any contest-specific rules.

No Bull Radio reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate any contest at any time if, in its sole judgment, the contest cannot be conducted as planned due to fraud, technical failure, emergency, weather, force majeure, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.

No Bull Radio is not responsible for typographical, printing, production, human, technical, or other errors in these Official Rules, contest materials, promotional announcements, or advertisements.

All entries become the property of No Bull Radio and will not be returned.

Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at No Bull Radio’s business office and by mail upon written request accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed return envelope.

10. Disqualification

No Bull Radio reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is ineligible; violates these Official Rules; tampers with the entry process; uses fraudulent, deceptive, or unfair means; disrupts the contest; or acts in an unsportsmanlike or inappropriate manner.

No Bull Radio will resolve all disputes, conflicting claims, and ambiguities concerning these rules. All decisions made by No Bull Radio are final and binding.

No Bull Radio may waive any provision of these rules in its sole discretion where permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

By entering a contest, each participant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the contest or any prize awarded will be resolved individually and not as part of any class action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any claims, judgments, or awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs directly associated with entering the contest. Participants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or multiplied damages, as well as attorneys’ fees, except where prohibited by law.

12. General Release

By entering, each participant releases and holds harmless No Bull Radio, its stations, affiliates, promotional sponsors, parent companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse, or inability to use a prize.

This release includes, without limitation, claims involving personal injury, death, property damage, loss of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation, or portrayal in a false light.

13. Governing Law

These Official Rules and any dispute related to a No Bull Radio contest will be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

14. Online Stream Delay

Listeners participating through the No Bull Radio online stream should be aware that internet streaming may be delayed compared with the over-the-air broadcast signal. Because of this delay, online listeners may be at a disadvantage in contests requiring participants to respond immediately to an on-air cue, including “cue to call” contests.

Listeners are encouraged to listen live over the air whenever possible for time-sensitive contests.
